About the maker
I make pots with a mind of their own.
My practice has grown across more than 30 years of making art. Today it moves between functional ceramics and expressive one-off pieces — vessels, plates, decorative tiles, ceramic murals and sculptural forms.
Each piece is made by hand in Portimão and shaped by an instinct for colour, character and individuality. I make objects for people who'd rather live with one memorable piece than ten forgettable ones. If it makes you smile or look twice — perfect.
