Enquiry forms may collect your name, email, organisation, project details, budget and timeline. Checkout may collect contact, billing, delivery and transaction information. Administrative and security logs may include technical information such as device, browser and IP address.

Information is used to reply to requests, prepare commissions, process and fulfil orders, provide customer service, prevent misuse, maintain business records and meet legal obligations. It is not sold.

The website is hosted by Vercel. Studio data is stored with Supabase. Payments, when enabled, are processed by Stripe; Ceramics by Manech does not receive full card details. Email delivery may be provided by Resend. Each provider processes information under its own terms and safeguards.

Information is kept only as long as reasonably required for the purpose collected, warranty and tax records, dispute handling and legal compliance. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal information through the website enquiry form.

Send privacy questions through the website contact form, selecting “Something else.” Please do not send payment-card or sensitive identity information through that form.
