Shipping & returns

Because size, weight and destination vary significantly, insured shipping is quoted for each work unless its product page explicitly says delivery is included. The studio confirms the service and cost with the collector before dispatch. Local collection in Portimão may be arranged.

Available work is normally prepared within 5–10 working days and, unless another schedule is agreed, delivered within the legally required period. Ceramics are packed for art transport using protective, recyclable materials where practical. Tracking is supplied when the carrier provides it.

Orders delivered outside the European Union may incur duties, taxes or handling charges. These are determined by the destination country and remain the collector's responsibility.

For eligible non-custom purchases delivered in the European Union, you may withdraw within 14 days after delivery without giving a reason. Use the online withdrawal form or send another clear statement through the contact form. The work must then be returned complete and safely packed. Unless the studio offered to cover it, change-of-mind return transport is the collector's responsibility.

Commissioned and clearly personalised work is normally excluded from change-of-mind withdrawal. This does not affect the minimum legal guarantee or rights concerning faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods.

The studio remains responsible for work while it is transported by the studio's chosen carrier. Photograph the outer packaging, inner packing and work and make contact promptly, keeping all packaging while the claim is assessed. EU consumers retain the applicable minimum two-year legal guarantee for goods that are faulty or not as described.
